Vital Care Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a leading event management and catering supply company in Malaysia, was established in 1992 by Mr. Ramachandiran and his son Thinagaraj Ramachandiran. Beginning as a home-based operation with just two individuals, our company has steadily grown over three decades to include 30 full-time employees.
Today, we operate from a 10,000 square-foot warehouse with additional facilities, including an equipment store, a launderette, and a central kitchen in Ampang, Selangor. Our commitment to progress is integral to our culture, with a focus on humility and encouraging employees to embrace every opportunity for learning.

As the son of the founder, Mr. Ramachandran, Mr. Thinagaraj brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. Born on October 6, 1988, he holds a Diploma in Management with Multimedia from MMC.
Commencing his professional journey at the age of 20, Mr. Thinagaraj has accumulated a decade of valuable experience in various facets of the industry. His expertise spans the intricacies of event management, setup coordination, and the successful operation of Food & Beverage services, notably at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur.
Mona, Director of Finance
Mona is an experienced finance professional with a background in credit control at one of the most reputable banks. Transitioning her skills to a new industry, Mona now serves as a Finance Administrator for Vital Care, a leading catering supplies and rental company. In her role, she manages financial operations with precision and dedication, handling tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, invoice generation, and ensuring financial integrity. Mona’s meticulous attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to Vital Care, contributing to the company’s success in the catering supplies and rental sector.
Indran Mahadevan, Executive Director
Indran boasts over 30 years of distinguished experience in the dynamic realm of sales and marketing. A proud alumnus of the esteemed University of Brighton, UK, his career has been enriched by roles in renowned 5-star establishments including the Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and the Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur. His expertise extends beyond traditional hospitality, encompassing a profound understanding of the catering and convention sectors.
Alice Chin, Marketing Director
Alice Chin has worked in sport aviation for over 20 years. She graduated from Theme Valley University in the UK with a bachelor’s degree. Alice’s love for aviation and fascination with incredible aircraft have been the driving forces behind her career. Over the years, she has organized many private charter flight events, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the industry.
As the founder of One Day Pilot and Junior Aviator Malaysia, Alice Chin has made a significant impact on the aviation community.
